Today I had the opportunity to play host for an informal event with a big name in blogosphere – Isaac Mao. This event was sponsored by I-D-A, and was a collaboration event between Singapore Internet Research Centre @ NTU, Entrepreneur27, SMU Information Systems Society and Student Technology Initiative (the one that I belong to).
Here is his profile:
Isaac Mao (Mao Xianghui) is a software architect, entrepreneur and social technology researcher. One of the country’s early bloggers, he co-founded CNBlog.org in 2002 to evangelize grassroots publishing in China. Last year he organized the first Social Software Forum in China. He also led the team that developed Creative Commons China, which is part of the Creative Commons, co-founded by Stanford Law Professor Lawrence Lessig to expand the range of creative work available to share.

People have always been asking tHim what she has been doing for the past few months. Well, I tell them that I have been working on programming this Bluetooth device in Labview and everyone will go, what? So I decided to do a really short write up on what Labview really is.
I just checked out MTV’s My Super Sweet 16 that featured Aaron Reid’s party. I must say that the entire setup to execution to the party itself just blew me away. C’mon, let me indulge in some reality shows once in a little while and think of myself as one of those rich, spoilt and bratty kids out there. I am already two-thirds of the equation with my spoilt and bratty portion but there’s still one more element of rich that I am still lacking in. I like to say not yet more so than admit never.
“Welcome to WordPress.com. This is your first post. Edit or delete it and start blogging!”
I am so going to keep this entry. Hello world is really about the first thing that a programmer displays to the world when he/she gets her first program/entry out to this world. So with this Hello World entry, I welcome my own foray into the world of WordPress and customised blogging! No more 10 thousand blogs that needs all my attention! All in wordpress, all categorised, all personalised! I am such a sucker for such stuff that’s all so nice 😀
